Hands-Free Sifting for Lighter Results

Simple to Clean After Baking

The ingredient hopper, removable sifter assembly, swivel chute and scale plate are all dishwasher-safe on the top rack. The digital scale and sifter housing must not be immersed or placed in the dishwasher; wipe them with a warm, damp cloth instead.
