Its two-stage slow-juicing process handles fruit, vegetables and leafy greens, while three interchangeable screens let you explore purées, thick jams, smooth sauces, coulis and much more.
Turn Your Stand Mixer into a Juicer
Attach the slow juicer securely to the multipurpose hub and transform your KitchenAid stand mixer into a versatile juicing and sauce-making machine.
Unlike centrifugal juicers that process ingredients at high speed, this masticating attachment slices, crushes and presses them gradually for thorough juice extraction. It fits KitchenAid stand mixers with the exception of the professional 5KSM7990X model.
Two-Stage Juicing for Fresh Results
The stainless steel slicing blade first cuts ingredients into manageable pieces. The auger then crushes and presses them through your chosen screen, separating the finished preparation from the remaining pulp.
Adjust the stand-mixer speed to suit leafy greens, softer fruit or firmer vegetables. From apple, kale and beetroot juice to pear sauce, tomato coulis or pineapple and orange jelly, there is plenty of room to experiment.
The Great Pulp versus Smooth Debate
Whether you love texture or prefer a smoother finish, the three screens let you tailor the result to your recipe.
Choose the low-pulp screen for smoother juices, the high-pulp screen for drinks with more texture, or the sauce screen for purées, jams, jellies and sauces. The supplied screen case keeps all three organised and protected between uses.
Less Preparation Makes Life Easier
The extra-wide 2-in-1 feed tube and dual food pushers accommodate different shapes and sizes of fruit and vegetables, reducing the amount of cutting needed before juicing.
The included 1 L container collects the finished juice or sauce, while a separate pulp container catches the extracted solids. This keeps both outputs neatly separated and makes it easy to use the pulp creatively in other recipes where appropriate.
Simple Cleaning after Juicing
Once you have finished, use the included cleaning brush with warm, soapy water to loosen residue from the screens. Every removable part is dishwasher-safe on the top rack apart from the drive assembly.
The drive assembly must not be immersed or placed in the dishwasher. Wipe it with a warm, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly before packing the attachment away.
