Choose a Fine or Coarse Texture

Two grinding plates give you greater control over the finished consistency. Use the coarse 6 mm plate for raw meat, burgers, chilli, vegetables and chunky sauces. The fine 4.5 mm plate is ideal for cooked meats, spreads, breadcrumbs and hard cheeses such as Parmesan or pecorino.

The stainless steel knife works with the selected plate to produce fast, consistent results, helping you prepare fresh ingredients from scratch with confidence.

For the best grinding results, cut ingredients into pieces that fit comfortably inside the feed tube. Meat should be thoroughly chilled or partially frozen before grinding to help maintain a clean, even texture.

Straightforward Cleaning and Storage

Once you have finished, the attachment can be taken apart for thorough cleaning. Hand-wash the grinder housing, grind screw, grinding plates and stainless steel knife in warm, soapy water. The food pusher, collar and removable tray can be placed in the top rack of the dishwasher.
