Stock Your Freezer So You’re Always Ready
Four ice moulds with individual lids let you prepare several flavours in advance. Freeze your chosen liquid, remove the frozen puck from its mould and allow it to temper for around 10 minutes before shaving.
Plain water is only the beginning. Experiment with juice, coffee, fruit tea or milk-based mixtures, then finish the snowy ice with syrups, sauces, fruit and other toppings. With a few pucks waiting in the freezer, an unexpected guest or sudden craving is easy to answer.
Light, Fluffy Ice Is as Easy as 1, 2, 3
The process comes down to three simple steps: freeze, shave and create. Place the tempered ice puck inside the attachment, lower the lever and let the stand mixer take care of the rest.
In approximately 60 seconds, the attachment can produce around 500 ml of soft, fluffy shave ice. This timing refers to the shaving process itself and does not include freezing, tempering or other preparation.
Choose a Fine or Coarse Texture
Two interchangeable blades let you adapt the texture to your recipe. Select the fine blade for light, snow-like shavings or use the coarse blade when you want a more substantial icy texture.
Unlike the larger, crunchier granules of a traditional snow cone, finely shaved ice has a softer consistency that readily absorbs syrups and other flavourings.
Simple to Clean after Every Creation
The four moulds, their lids and both food-contact blades are dishwasher-safe, making cleanup straightforward after serving. Hand-wash the upper attachment housing in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly before storage.
Once every part is clean and dry, the moulds can go straight back into the freezer ready for your next flavour idea.
