This improved 5.3 kW burner delivers a faster recharge time and features a low-power cooking function, allowing for greater precision when cooking at lower temperatures. It reliably heats the oven to 450 °C in just 25 minutes.

Compatibility and Safe Usage

Designed strictly for outdoor use, this burner runs exclusively on bottled propane gas. It is compatible with large propane tanks, as well as camping propane tanks when used with a suitable adaptor. It is completely incompatible with natural gas.

When using the burner with the standard Karu 12, the oven door must always remain off and the chimney on. For the Karu 12G and Karu 2 models, the glass door can safely be used and closed during operation.

The burner is built with a fully serviceable stainless steel body and nylon/plastic control parts, making it easier than ever to access and maintain. It utilizes specialized shaping caps to ensure better, more consistent flame performance while cooking at any temperature. 

Disclaimer: Gas Connection

Gas regulator and hose are not supplied with the 30 mBar and 37 mBar models. The burner comes fitted with a 6.35 mm left-hand male thread gas terminal and includes an 8 mm to 10 mm threaded barb adapter.

An Ooni Hose and Regulator can be purchased separately. If unavailable, users should seek guidance from a local gas supplier to ensure compatibility with their specific country's gas requirements.
