KitchenAid Professional Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer 6.9 L

Professional Performance for Demanding Kitchens

Created for professional kitchens, bakeries and catering environments, this 6.9 L bowl-lift stand mixer combines generous capacity with the strength and stability required for demanding workloads. Its smooth, rounded design is easy to clean, while the bowl-lift mechanism holds the bowl securely in position when processing large or heavy preparations.

A full die-cast metal body, precision metal gears and metal controls create a solid, dependable machine built for regular professional use.

Direct-Drive Power with Precise Control

The high-efficiency 1.3 HP DC motor transfers power directly to the attachment for quiet and effective performance. Ten electronically controlled speeds, ranging from 40 to 200 RPM, give you the flexibility to mix, beat, whip and knead with the control each preparation requires.

KitchenAid’s original planetary action moves the attachment thoroughly around the bowl for consistent incorporation. The mixer can prepare up to 3.8 kg of bread dough, 4.5 kg of cake mixture, 3.6 kg of mashed potatoes or 168 standard cookies in a single batch.

Professional Tools for Generous Batches

The 6.9 L brushed stainless steel bowl features a professional-style handle for comfortable lifting and control. The stainless steel flat beater tackles cake mixtures, biscuits and mashed potatoes, while the PowerKnead spiral dough hook works efficiently through dense bread and pizza dough. The elliptical 11-wire whisk maximises bowl coverage when whipping cream, egg whites and other airy mixtures.

All three mixing tools are made from durable stainless steel and are dishwasher-safe. A removable pouring chute helps guide ingredients into the generous bowl during mixing.

Designed for Commercial Confidence

A protective wire bowl guard and prominent stop switch provide additional safety in busy commercial environments. The mixer is certified for professional use and combines robust construction with straightforward operation and easy-care materials.

Its multipurpose attachment hub also supports a broad selection of optional KitchenAid attachments, allowing the mixer to take on additional preparation tasks without introducing another motorised appliance to the worktop.

Built to Last for Generations

A KitchenAid stand mixer is more than another appliance; it becomes part of the memories made in the kitchen—the birthday cakes, Sunday bakes and family recipes returned to year after year. Its robust die-cast metal construction provides a reassuringly stable presence on the worktop, while its timeless rounded design remains at home through changing kitchens and new chapters.

The multipurpose attachment hub allows its possibilities to grow with you, with more than 15 optional attachments available separately for rolling and cutting pasta, grinding meat, slicing, shredding, spiralizing and much more. It is this combination of enduring design, dependable construction and shared moments that makes a KitchenAid a familiar companion to use, care for and perhaps one day pass on.
